Error : Server time out

no, I am not able to check my router settings and even if I do, I have no idea what I am doing there, so I dont wanna mess things by myself ... My ISP claims were that they don't block/close any ports at all
It is highly unlikely that an ISP would have all ports on a router open @Tin9102, I'm sure it happens but I am not aware of an ISP that does it.
The best thing to do would be to take a look at port forward and follow the steps they suggest: https://portforward.com/
Be aware that they are a third party site not associated with EA. I have used their guides in the past without issue.

Even if so, how was I able to play before the last update, and how come I dont have problems with any other games ?!?

here are my UOTrace results (see picture)
in my oppion there's nothing wrong whit my connection,
BEFORE they released the battle pass update i was also able to play, but since the release of the battle pass i got this error/problem.(see previous picture)
so, i hope EA/Respwan can check for any problems/errors on their side aswell, MAYBE there's a problem whit the update they released .
hope they will check it and come whit a solution..

Hey @XTherlynn your UO Trace is showing connection issues.
On your first hop you have Ping best/worst of 1ms / 113ms. Any difference of 100ms or greater points to issues with your connection. You also have a very high ping as you go down further pointing to issues. Best thing I can suggest is trying the connection troubleshooting steps and it's worth speaking with your ISP and showing them the UO Trace and in particular the first hop.
