error cloud syncing data Apex

HELP PLS! So,a few days ago I buy a battle pass and now i cant play the game. It says "cloud syncing error " or "your cloud syn is not up to date". Last night I was playing game normal and than took off the PC and now i cant connect to acc. I need help so bad guys i love this game and i dont wanna go back to playing stupid pubg. I tried REPAIR and nothing happend than i uninstal the game and install it agan but same thing is happening. PLS HELP PLS HELP PLS HELP PLS EA HELP

Could you try changing the DNS?

If you have done this, can you try repairing the game and launching Apex again ?

im frome Serbia... how do u mean what kind? its 30mbs by a local internet company ,game was working good until today

Have your already tried to clear you Origin cache
Note: All settings will be set to default in your Origin client after this.
Close the Origin Client, Right-click it in the taskbar and press Quit Origin.
Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.
A "Run" box will have appeared and copy-paste: %ProgramData%/Origin in the box and click "OK".
Delete all files and folders in there except LocalContent, do NOT delete this folder.
When this is done, press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time again.
Type now in this box %AppData% and click "OK".
Delete here the Origin folder.
Look in your address bar of the file explorer and click on AppData.
Open de Local folder and delete the Origin folder here.
Now restart your system and try to update Apex Legends again.
If you were not able to delete some files, your Origin wasn't closed completely.
Open the Task Manager and end the following running tasks:
Origin.exe and OriginWebHelperService.exe

@Zeelmaekers Take a look online before coming up with this kind of nonsense... There's a lot of down reports everywhere on the globe. Probably EA's datacenters went down, or maybe just their mesh/mpls lines. In any case, there's an outage and this is not a client issue. A lot of people affected by this.

Thanks for the information but if you look at the date it says 7 October.
I'm looking into this issue, launched my Apex a couple of time's and got had myself this error one time.

I have a little update, there was a little update.
Go to game library -> click on Apex Legends then settings.
Click here on Update game, this should solve the issue.

@Zeelmaekers Yeah, sorry, my bad with the tweets, but have a look at a world map outage report for apex or EA servers... It's red everywhere for the last ~1h

@Zeelmaekers No updates available for me. Already cleared all app cache... so not that also. Do you, by any chance, know some APEX servers IPs? I could to a tracert and see how the traffic is routed. Most probably it's a connectivity issue

nothing,done all u said there and nothing is happening.. maybe really is some EA ahit with Data center but Im not so sure about that. I got into game libery and went to update but it says Apex is up to date so that is not the problem. Tried to repair like 4 time and nothing,unnistaled game and instaled it and still nothing,clear cache as u said but nothing.. last night it was working normal so i want to sleep and got back but game is crashed since than. went to twitch and saw like 2k peeps playing apex without any problems..

@DarkoSmiriSe It could be, as I mentioned earlier, a routing issue on their mesh or mpls lines. Normally in this kind of scenarios you can see, based on geolocation, people that are able to connect and not able.
