Have your already tried to clear you Origin cache
Note: All settings will be set to default in your Origin client after this.
- Close the Origin Client, Right-click it in the taskbar and press Quit Origin.
- Press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.
- A "Run" box will have appeared and copy-paste: %ProgramData%/Origin in the box and click "OK".
- Delete all files and folders in there except LocalContent, do NOT delete this folder.
- When this is done, press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time again.
- Type now in this box %AppData% and click "OK".
- Delete here the Origin folder.
- Look in your address bar of the file explorer and click on AppData.
- Open de Local folder and delete the Origin folder here.
Now restart your system and try to update Apex Legends again.
If you were not able to delete some files, your Origin wasn't closed completely.
Open the Task Manager and end the following running tasks:
Origin.exe and OriginWebHelperService.exe
