Error Code: 102122

I have downloaded Apex Legends on my PS4 and tried to open it, while opening it showed me a white screen and the Error Code: 102122 and gave me the option to reset my password (which I did 3 times) and it still does not let me open the game.

This is so frustrating. Also, I have an Steam Account that is connected to my (200hours) account of EA (Apex) which I want to connect to my PS4 but cant do that unless i finally have access to the actual game...
