I’m having the same issue Error CODE CE-108255-1 I have done everything that the PlayStation told me to do and still it doesn’t work and it’s just happening with apex legends.

I've merged your post with the main thread for this topic.
In the meantime, please try the following steps if you haven't already:
- Go to PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management
- Select Saved Data in System Storage
- Choose Apex Legends
- Delete those files
