Thanks @EA_Kent. What would the timing on resolving this issue be? I believe the issue is a server-side issue associated with my account, as I was able to create a new PS4 account and play on that account. I even had a friend invite me to a game on Apex and he saw my avatar join, but I was shown the error. Considering the Battle Pass and other cosmetics I've purchased I'd lilke to get my account fixed sooner rather than later.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent Got it. I called the EA Support Team, and they confirmed to me it was club related but I was asked to remove myself from the club. I have no way to do this considering (i) I am not able to login to my account, (ii) I know the names of the owners of the club and (iii) I don't know the club name. As people had previously mentioned, it seemed a developer was able to remove people from their club with a database change. Is there anyway this can be done for my account?

I'm afraid I don't have a way of doing that myself, nor do I have a way of getting you in touch with a developer directly. The team is working on fixing this issue as a whole, so unfortunately I can only recommend hanging on until we're able to get it resolved for everyone.

@EA_KentI appreciate that you are responsive in this thread and there's only so much you can do as the Community Manager, but as you can see from this thread, there are multiple people who have put money and time into their Apex accounts who cannot open the game at all anymore. Although it isn't a widespread issue, I would hope you are doing everything in your power to escalate the severity of getting this fixed. Kofi for one has not been able to sign into his account for 3 weeks. As someone who works in software, you would think the fix would be as simple as a dev logging into a database and removing the user from the club. If it is only the people in this thread seeing the issue, I would hope at least one member from the dev team could address each person in one sitting.

I contacted the Apex Devs on reddit and still have no response. Sadly have been dealing with this problem for 3 weeks.

Hi @EA_Kent Thanks for all your help and patience with me on this! I am now able to confirm that it works. I managed to get a reply from one of the devs on Reddit and he took me out of my club. He mentioned that the issue is being fixed for everyone else too so I urge folks to be a little more patient if it is not yet fixed for you. Thank you once again Kent.

Thanks for the update!
The last news I heard was that the team is making progress on fixing the issue, but there wasn't a set date on when that might happen just yet. I hadn't heard any confirmation that it was fixed for everyone.
Just to double-check, are other people in this thread still running into the same error, or were you also able to log back into the game?

I was finally able to log back into my account on Apex a couple of days ago. On my second account I went on and found my club that was created through my main account and reported it a couple of times, I dont know if this was the reason for its fix but I think it was.

Thanks for following up! Did it show that you had been removed from the Club on your main account, or were you still a member?/Kent
- 5 years ago@EA_Kent I was still in my club which was a surprise, I thought the club would've been deleted which it was not.

Gotcha, thanks! This sounds like an issue we've been tracking for a bit. We've been seeing reports where people are getting the message that says they were removed from their Club (or the Club was disbanded), but after some time it will correct itself and show that they are still a member.
The Apex Legends team has been investigating this, but I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on when it might be resolved. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thanks for bearing with us while it's under investigation.
