error code leaf whenever a game ends

I started palying apex recently and this problem has been constant. Whenever a game ends, if i dont loose around the first 3 minutes, my game will always disconect and say it was error code leaf and i have to close the game and open it again in order to play. Please help this problem is extremely anoying for me and for my friends who have to wait for me everytime we end a game.
