Error code: "SH-GRX.GNUT#1633[UI] The index "11044" does not exist"

Ive been having this error code both on my Xbox and my PC since Ive gotten back into the game recently. Every time it happens I'm opening a pack or using the store, and I have tried all i could think of since i've moved to PC to fix. Ive repaired it, uninstalled reinstalled, changed servers, done all the other tips i've seen online and nothing does anything. the only other solution Ive seen is i need to get in contact with EA so they can fix it and i don't see any other solutions. is there something ea can do on their end?
