Error message: unable to connect to the EA servers

I’m getting the error code:

1:86001S: 66003S:-1057125876O:0B

it says to check my internet connection but my internet connection is working. It also says to make sure the Platform Client is online and check try again.

What is the platform client? how do I check that? 

how do I solve this problem?
