Hi @Starssett Thanks for confirming, we might need to try to switch over to the EA App client to confirm if it can fully load Apex, but first can we try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
- 3 years ago@EA_Illium i did all of them but didint work.once it didint load anything but when i try to play it was freezing so bad
