@EA_Kent I have Crysis 2 and that seems to work fine, when I click on it I get a pop up that asks me to use cloud save or local so seems to be issue with Apex but Ive reinstalled it and Origin a few times. so it must be somthing to do with Apex connection with cloud saves

That's definitely odd. This may actually be happening because of a connection issue if that's the case. When you have the chance can you try running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps? If it keeps giving you the same error message afterward check out the PC-specific steps as well.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent Sadly none of that helped Ive tried so much stuff
1. Run Origin Client as Administrator
2. Disable Antivirus/Firewall
3. Reinstall Origin and Apex fresh
4. Update Windows and System Drivers
5. Delete the %Temp% Folder
6. Clean Boot
7. Clear Origin’s Cache
8. Flush the DNS Cache
9. Reset the Hosts File
people advise to use the Restore Save Option but I can't because its all greyed out, Im not even worried about the previous save just that it wont save anything now and its only with Apex that having the issue
Im no further forward and kinda at a loss of what to do now
