error when trying to search for a game

Literally since the game came out I've had the problem that when I finish my first game after opening the game, to the next one I press the ready button but the game doesn't put the tick of being ready so it doesn't search for a game for me and I have to restart the game to then play a single game and I get the error again, when I play as a team with friends it shows them as if I'm ready and searches for a game for them to then enter but I stay in the lobby, of all the people I know I am the only one who has this problem and I repeat, it has happened to me since the game came out in season 1 until now, support does not offer me any solution.
