Unable To Join Any Matches, "1 Player Queue"
My account was hacked in 2024, in which a ban was then placed on the account. Ever since this happened I spoke to multiple members from the EA Help team. After my second time reaching out to the TOS team (First time it was rejected) I urged the team to fully look into the activities so they can understand that it was a wrongful ban.
The ban was lifted and I had received my account back after fighting for it (For context I had this account for a decent amount of years, spending real money, and a lot of in game progression).
However when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours (I can't even join the Firing Range). I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I even made a secondary account that was able to join games with no problems. It seems like some kind of Shadow Ban? or glitch? I'm not sure.
Once again I found myself reaching out to various members of EA Help with little to no solutions. They told me to do everything I mentioned earlier and say nothing exists on my account that would stop me from joining games. This entire process has been a massive headache and honestly a heartache knowing the amount of time and money I spent into this game. I just want to get back onto Apex Legends and continue playing as I genuinely enjoy the game. This has been an ongoing battle since April 2024.
Im not sure what information is needed to help resolve this issue. I have multiple case numbers and screenshots of past efforts with no solution. Whatever is needed from me I will try to provide.
