I can’t verify my email address for my account!

I'm an APEX player from China. My account was registered about six years ago, and I've always logged into EA through Xbox. Today I suddenly couldn't access my account due to a verification requirement, but the email address linked to my EA account has been deactivated for years, making verification impossible.

I've spent the entire day attempting account recovery and contacted customer support, but:

My requests were consistently ignored

All purchase records I provided (transaction IDs/order numbers) were rejected as proof of ownership

I'm desperately seeking assistance - I can provide full purchase history and any additional verification required. Please help me regain access to my account holding six years of progress.

    Please, I'm begging you to:

    1. Stop automated system cross-checks – I’ve exhausted all standard recovery methods.
    2. Assign a human agent to review my case – My deactivated email makes automated verification impossible.

    Why would I spend 12+ hours submitting purchase records (transaction IDs, Xbox/EA receipts) if my email were still functional?

    I’m a legitimate player with six years of history – this account is irreplaceable. Every minute of delay risks permanent loss. Please escalate this urgently!

    Hey Vampire1205,

    When you create a case, you are speaking with a human agent. These are not automated chats.

    We cannot verify your account on the forums, so you'll need to either resume a previous case or create a new one to try verifying the account through the support team again. These would be the only options to verify an account if you no longer have access to the email address.

    You're welcome to reach back out to support to try again if you can recall any other information. Ultimately, our team will need to verify certain details before they can make any changes to an account.

    I'm afraid there is not a way to bypass that process, so you would need to reach back out and continue speaking with support if you have any other concerns about the situation.

    Try signing out of the account and creating a new case.

    Create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account.

    When you are prompted to sign in, select Continue without logging in.
