I can’t verify my email address for my account!
I'm an APEX player from China. My account was registered about six years ago, and I've always logged into EA through Xbox. Today I suddenly couldn't access my account due to a verification requirement, but the email address linked to my EA account has been deactivated for years, making verification impossible.
I've spent the entire day attempting account recovery and contacted customer support, but:
My requests were consistently ignored
All purchase records I provided (transaction IDs/order numbers) were rejected as proof of ownership
I'm desperately seeking assistance - I can provide full purchase history and any additional verification required. Please help me regain access to my account holding six years of progress.
