Excessively long Matchmaking/Starting server loop
PC here. I am continuing to try and join a game. Getting stuck in a loop trying to find viable games. Takes 8-10 minutes on average

Here is a quick fix! It may or may not work but give this a shot! It works for PC PS4 AND XBOX
This worked. I selected the second lowest ping this time and got right into a match. Thx man!
