Excessively long Matchmaking/Starting server loop
PC here. I am continuing to try and join a game. Getting stuck in a loop trying to find viable games. Takes 8-10 minutes on average

Using PC version, I'm also in a long loop of "Starting Server and Matchmaking. Every now and again I see matchmaking queue. It was at 9900+. Now it's down 8014.
