Exclusive Fullscreen Issue (Apex legends wont go into true fullscreen)

Video config file is located in :
C:\Users\(*Your Useraccount*)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
Video config.txt
Can you manually enter :
"setting.defaultres" "1920"
"setting.defaultresheight" "1080"
"setting.fullscreen" "1"

    I have tried this Doesn't work also I have noticed i cant go into exclusive Full Screen no matter what resolution i go
