Extreme package loss today ONLY when next to enemies

I am on pc and today I am getting massive package loss (around 40) only when I am next to enemies.

Frames are skipping and everything turns into power point mode.

Info:

Crossplay is disabled.

Speed: 250 down, 9 up.

Server: EU ones

I can even record it next time if it helps ...

@Shertgun Does this happen in every match when you get close to enemies or only in some?

Thank you for responding. I came to the conclusion that the problem is with my isp.
Me being next to enemies seems just to increase the package loss. (Jumpship, everyone dropping at start results in game freezing for a second since yesterday)
I will try figuring it out with my isp and then update here asap.

@Shertgun ok If it helps you can try running a UOTrace to share with your ISP, also here is a list of ports for port forwarding in case this information can help improve this issue.
