it gave me the same error message after reinstallling the game and doing a repair.

  @Sh1zuqw Can you try manually deleting the file that's highlighted then run the repair/verify again.
  Sometimes files have issues, but they still somehow pass the check, then you have situations where the repair doesn't catch the problem.

    @EA_David I deleted the file and ran the verification. The file was created again in the folder but it's still showing the same error ( "Failed to load library: mileswin64.dll)
