Community Admin@Sh1zuqw Can you try manually deleting the file that's highlighted then run the repair/verify again.
Sometimes files have issues, but they still somehow pass the check, then you have situations where the repair doesn't catch the problem.

I've been trying to download Apex on my pc and I keep getting the same error code. I've tried running it through Steam and Origins and get the same error.
"Library Error

I've tried repairing it through anything possible and nothing works.
