Good afternoon.
A false ban in the apex is not news, and I didn't even know about it until I personally faced it myself. My boyfriend and I had been playing apex for a month, my boyfriend had been playing before me since the first season and was in a very long break. We were playing ranked tonight and he just got kicked out of the game for cheating. We laughed at first thinking it was a bug, but later the smile vanished from our faces when we saw how many people were affected by false bans. He filed an appeal, but it's unlikely people will review it because most people complain that their appeals are rejected by AI assistants. We've been enjoying the game all this month, and today we're saying goodbye to it forever, good luck to everyone.
