false ban

A lot of people recently have been getting falsely banned, A player I know well who has been playing since the start got banned last week and now myself? Ive also seen a decent amount of people from the community who have been banned. I have submitted my first dispute to support, i have never cheated before and i would not start now or anytime soon. What is being done about this? 

Are EA dishing out false bans more often now? this has been an underlying issue for quite sometime but it seems to be rather frequent this past month or so.

Also any tips or anything? I spent thousands on this account and dont want to lose it! Thanks.

    What does the status of your case say? Disputes can take a few days to get a response to.

    That means your case is awaiting review. ToS will perform their investigation as soon as possible and email you with the results.

    @EA_Aljo When will I finish?
    I wrote my case on June 10th and it's still "In Progress" and there's no update after July 11th.

    Please open a case with an advisor here so they can make sure your dispute gets sent to Terms of Service.

    I was banned as well.  It shows that there were potential fraud charges on my account when I had purchased APEX coins.  I submitted an appeal but was not unbanned and they closed the case.
