Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

I’m posting here in the hopes of getting some advice from the community or hopefully some visibility from an EA Community Manager. Also I can't reappeal anymore on my appeal ticket.

On June 24th, my Apex Legends account was permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement."  I have over 928 hours logged on Steam, purchased multiple Battle Pass and Apex Coins over the seasons, and I just unlocked my very first Heirloom a week before the ban. I don't use cheats, scripts, macros, or any unauthorized software.

After investigating, I discovered that my Steam account had been compromised. I am based in Malaysia, but my Steam account data showed multiple successful logins from various countries (including China, France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Estonia, and the US) right before the ban enforcement. The intruder also wiped my entire friends list and sent spam messages from my account.

I immediately locked everything down. Performed a fresh, clean Windows reinstallation and also changed all my passwords and enabled the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator.

I was appealing through EA Support (Case #249502036), but the ticket is now closed and can no longer reappeal as they've made their final decision. I did some digging and found that not just me who got false banned. Here are some reddit pages that kind of helped me.

Has anyone else dealt with a false ban recently? How did you manage to get Support to review the login data? Any advice on how to get this escalated would be massively appreciated.
