Cheaters hacked on my account.

My EA Account was unfortunately hacked around June 2025. The hacker accessed my account and cheated in Apex Legends, which unfortunately led to a ban on my account. I have since regained full control, secured it with 2FA, changed my password and email, and taken all necessary steps to keep it safe. I have already submitted an appeal about the hacking incident, but the ban is still in place.
I am the legitimate owner of this account and am happy to provide any verification information needed (such as linked consoles, or other details). Could you please review my case and help lift the ban on my Apex Legends account? It would mean a lot to me.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. It's good to see that you've already raised an appeal; I'm afraid that I can only recommend that you wait for our terms of service team to finish their investigation. You'll get an email when they're finished, but note that it can take a few days.
