Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
I'm playing with my friends then I got suddenly banned for gaming enhancements with an alternate account. I appealed it since I have never cheated on any game. It can be smurfing but I'm just a Platinum ranked player on a Silver ranked account.
When I logged in on my Main account which is a Season 1 account which I invested a lot of time and money on it, it was also banned and there's no penalty in my EA account. It's just banned without any information.
Maybe EA has an IP Ban of some sort since my MAIN account was also banned without any message or email.
How do I appeal the banned penalty if there's no penalty showing in my penalty history.
Added two images. One is my account getting that message. Second image is my account stats since I can only go through the lobby and the first image will pop up in a few seconds logging me out to the main menu.
