The way I did this was by making the monitor I wanted to use the main monitor. Go to: Display Settings>Select the monitor> scroll down to Multiple Displays>Selesct "Make this my main display."
This was the best option for me since the resolution is double the size of my other monitors, so when I did the Widows button+arrow keys the game looked too small on my monitor.

@PowdyDoody I didn't try this but I feel it's the only thing that might work for me but I can't be bothered to change all my monitors around every time I just wanna play apex... I don't get why this is the only game that does this. I tried all the suggested things and nothing works. Win Key+Shift+Arrow works but then it goes all weird looking and I can't get it to full screen, When I put it full screen on the monitor I want it just goes back to my other one! I try putting windowed screen and move it over and that doesn't work either, when you put back to full screen or borderless window it just goes BACK to the other monitor!! grr omg want to smash pc lol.
