I'm having an issue with my fps. I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 - 9750H and a NIVIDA Geforce RTX 2070 GDDR6. What's happening, is that I boot up the game on my Laptop, and go into the firing range. ...

    Hey @Spymth. 

    Have you checked your hardware temperatures to make sure your CPU and GPU aren't getting too hot? What you're describing sounds like throttling, which can happen when your PC temperatures get too high.
