FPS ISSUES AGAIN AFTER UPDATE

Hello, the launcher told me me to update apex lke one week ago or less,  had the performance issues that made the game unplayable like when on dropship it wont go more than 30 fps,  used to go 60-70 fps, so when i updated the game it started to  work again very nicely for like 2-3 days and now that i login today, it again goes very bad,  dont know what is happening, i310100f gtx 1650 4gb vram 32gb ram.
