Apex menu not loading and currency is glitched
For the past 2-3 days my Apex has been bugged. The menu is all greyed out besides Play, and my currency won’t load. I haven bought anything, and I have just been playing normally when this happened. I’m unable to do the event dailies/any other challenges because this glitch is making it to where it says they are already completed when they aren’t. Please fix your game, this is aggravating and I just want to be able to have fun.Banned
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or if anyone has had a similar experience. I recently received a permanent ban on Apex Legends for cheating, which honestly shocked and upset me because I have never used cheats, exploits, or any gameplay enhancement tools. I’ve put a lot of time and money into the game and have been playing for a long time with friends. For context, the highest rank I’ve reached was Diamond 2 in Season 25, Platinum 1 in Season 26, and Diamond 3 in Season 27 before dropping back to Diamond 4 shortly after. My overall kill-to-death ratio has honestly been fairly poor, which is why being labelled as a cheater and accused of using enhancement tools is really disappointing and confusing to me. While trying to understand what may have caused this, I found a Steam security alert showing a login attempt from Egypt from a new device. I live and always play from the UK, so I’m worried my account may have been compromised without me knowing. I have already submitted an appeal but it was denied. I’m really hoping this is some kind of technical issue, especially as I’ve seen several other players posting in discussions saying they were banned recently as well. I was pred on switch an masters on Xbox but it gave me the master rewards instead of my pred rewards from switch I tried to make a support ticket on ea but they didn’t do nothing and now I feel like I was scammed out of what I grinded for I have the proof I was pred on switch an I know they can even look it up an see for themself so I uninstalled the game an refuse to play. Hello, I am creating this report to detail a severe performance regression introduced with the Season 27 update. My game has gone from running perfectly to being nearly unplayable due to massive FPS drops. I attached a video explain the problem. The Problem: Before Season 27: Stable 144 FPS in all scenarios. After Season 27: Before jump from plane: 30-40 FPS In-Game Fights: 80-90 FPS with stutters Key Finding: Monitoring shows a severe CPU bottleneck. My CPU usage is consistently at 80-100% while my GPU usage is significantly lower (around 30-50%). This imbalance is the direct cause of the FPS drops and did not exist before the update. My System Specifications: Operating System: Windows 10 Pro CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F GPU: [Your Exact GPU Model, e.g., NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti] RAM: 16 GB Storage: SSD GPU Driver Version: 552.44 Exhaustive Troubleshooting Performed: I have performed every conceivable troubleshooting step to rule out my own hardware and software. This includes: Complete Game Reinstalls: Tried on both Steam and the EA App with no difference. Clean GPU Driver Installation: Used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode to perform a clean install of the latest NVIDIA drivers. BIOS Update: Updated my motherboard BIOS to the latest version. In-Game Settings: Tested every possible setting combination from all Low to my original competitive settings. Windows and NVIDIA Optimizations: Adjusted power plans, NVIDIA Control Panel settings, disabled full-screen optimizations, etc. Cache Clearing: Cleared NVIDIA shader cache and the in-game shader cache. Hello EA Support Team, Since the update that included changes to Crypto, I have been experiencing a matchmaking issue in Ranked mode. Ranked matches rarely start. Casual modes and Wildcard modes work normally without any issues. I usually play with friends, but in Ranked mode, I am frequently removed or disconnected from the server while my friends are able to stay connected. This issue only affects my account. Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with the current server selection for the game. While I understand that reducing the number of servers was intended to help prevent cheaters, this has not help stop them or help pinning the location or stopped them from escaping your view. and this change has had a negative impact on players located in Western and Northern Europe causing latency and lag. The issue is that data now has to travel farther, passing through multiple countries and connection points, which creates bottlenecks and busy routes. This leads to higher latency, lag, and generally higher ping for many players. Because of this, I’d like to request that you consider adding Amazon’s EU West Server 1 or 2. Doing so would reduce network congestion, improve connection stability, and help balance the overall server load for Europe. Currently, Europe only has one central server region, yet the continent is roughly the same size as the United States, which has three dedicated servers to balance both load and latency this is also the same for Asia which have three servers. Adding another Europe server would greatly benefit European Apex players in terms of smoother performance and fairer gameplay conditions for example higher ping and loosing more fights in game causing players not wanting to play as its not fair. Secondly, I’d like to bring up an issue I’ve noticed with DirectX 12. Although the developers have stated that DirectX 12 provides better performance and efficiency, I’ve observed that it actually introduces higher server latency compared to when using DirectX 11 when it was available. This suggests that there may be compatibility or optimization issues between the game engine for example the age and support and updates it receive but this could also be a Servers, Anti-cheat or even DirectX 12 issue. I recommend that the developers investigate how the engine and servers handle data under DirectX 12 versus DirectX 11 to test this please actually go into match servers and not firing range as firing range is the one mode that is mostly optimised for this issue maybe because more time was spent on it. Improving this could enhance not only network performance but also the overall gameplay experience for everyone not just Europe. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
