Missing a couple of weapon charms from my account, the "N7 badge" from Mass Effect and the "Rig Helmet" from Dead Space, I've had these two charms for a few years and I'm wondering why they have been removed from my account, they are my favourites in the entire game. I've had these two equipped with the RE-45(the weapon I use most, noticed immediately that it was gone when the N7 badge wasn't on there) and the Mastiff shotgun... due to the weapon spread and pattern, reminded me of the Dead Space Line gun. I booted up the game last night and prompted me to sign back in to my EA account. Upon doing all the necessary steps, I found that EVERYTHING was lost and my account was reset back to level 1.
