EA Help me :(
So I lost all content on my account from linking my EA account with a different PlayStation account. EA support has said that my account was possibly unlinked during the cross-progression merge; even tho my EA account was linked to a different PS account. That my PlayStation account unlinked won’t have content added later. I’ve even asked if it was a way for them to reverse me my money in apex coins to the amount I’ve lost cause I wouldn’t mind grinding back my progress but they said no. So the hundreds of dollars and hours I’ve spent is just gone. I got proof of the conversation with the EA agent and receipts of my purchases.I’ve lost everything!!! :(
I’ve spent over $100 on apex, I’ve lost skins, my heirloom, everything I put over a 1000 hours into this game. I’ve had my EA account since 2019 I've put multiple reports in. Even asked for a refund, I’ll even accept my account being given apex coins to replace stuff I’ve lost or something. I’ve even got to diamond rank back in like season 10. Haven’t played the game since losing everything, someone please give me a way to contact EA for help. When playing th the new season I realized everything i try to move to get loot from boxes the left joystick had a problem.At first I thit I had stick drift but it turned out that the game got bugged or something because everytime i try to pick a legend and even pick up loot from death boxes the menu cursor always moved radically and wouldn't move how it used to.Server Issue
Before, Id play at 165-186ms in US CENTRAL. Now, it's at 302ms. I play in the middle of the Pacific. Normally, you would choose servers like US West or Northeast since the ping is below 100. Even still, i experience the worst of not only lag, but the cheaters on these servers are blatanly bold. Its the wild wild west and in these lobbies. It looks like there are no security measures being done to these gamers playing in these lobbies because kill cams are showing obvious aimsnapping and wall hacking. Sonehow, cybersecurity cannot tell the difference at all. The state of these servers in Apex Legends is in the gutter now that I can't keep logged in with my buddies even in Mixtape. Ever TDM is a gamble whether If stay on or "Server timeout." If you do play, you play against gamers who, somehow, manage to get hitmarkers but their reticle is not even on your body. After investing so much into this game, it's like theyre asking me to just quit and play another game instead.Server problems
Why all of a sudden there’s a problem between EA and Xfinity never had a problem before with this shield icon ever popping up on the performance display I know it’s an anti-DDos thing never had a problem between EA and Xfinity before now. It just feels like I can’t play a single ranked match on Apex and my friends have Xfinity and they’re not having any problems at all with the shield icon ever popping up on the screen please fix
