Two months ago, I encountered a bug that reduced my account level to 1. After that, my achievements and badges were returned to me with incomplete information. The 20 kill badge, 4000 damage badge, and some other achievements will not be returned.When I contacted the help desk, they just told me to post on the forum, but they didn't do anything about it. After the patch today, 2/24/25, every time I try to enter the game, it opens to the menu, I click continue, and once past the long black screen, the menu opens and is super choppy and laggy, and after about 20-30 seconds it boots me and says that "the client something something, failed to authenticate the anti-cheat" and boots me to the beginning again. I tried repairing the anti cheat files, but when I click on the application in my files it just won't open or let me repair. I followed the steps on Easy AC website to run command prompts to repair it and it still has the same issue. I even deleted the game, redownloaded it and still...nothing. There is no option on the anti cheat website to reach out for help, only endless forums.Apex servers FAILING

This is not a region issue playing with NA and EU and we constantly lagging, failing to connect to matches with the team, failing to even load up the game, first game my squad got into had only 40/60 people. 14/20 squads. I ran multiple PingPlotter tests towards easo.ea.com and the results clearly show severe packet loss and high latency starting from intermediate hops, specifically on Lumen/Level3 network nodes. The average ping to the final server is constantly above 120 ms, with spikes reaching over 2000 ms, making the game completely unplayable. My local network is stable on the first hops, so the issue is not on my end. I kindly ask that you escalate this to the networking team to review the current routing for TIM users located in Sardinia, as the traffic appears to be inefficiently rerouted through congested continental nodes. Since about last week the performance of the game dropped significantly on what seems to be all systems, certainly my system and people I watch play. Personally I had to drop my framerate by 120 to get stable framerates again as it was feeling terrible. Hello I don’t know if it’s too late, but I’ve been dealing with a glitch regarding my Battle Pass rewards and haven’t received them yet. I’ve been back and forth with EA Support for nearly three months now, so I’ll cut to the chase. During the last hours of Split 1 (Season 25), I completed my challenges and progressed in the Battle Pass, but the game didn’t properly reward me. I should have reached level 61, but I was only awarded level 59. Because of this, I didn’t get the badge or the reactive Nemesis skin I earned. I contacted EA Support multiple times, but all I was told was to post here on the forums because it’s “a game issue.” I was offered 2 purple packs as compensation, which I declined, because that isn’t equivalent to the reactive skin I earned. I also requested my full EA data to confirm the progression, but Support told me they could only provide six months of past data and that older records from 2021 onwards aren’t available. I feel stuck because this seems to be an in-game issue, but I’ve spent months trying to resolve it with no real solution. I’m still actively playing and supporting the game financially, but the responses I’ve gotten feel automated and dismissive, with no real empathy. I lost my account (I don't actually remember ), I tried to log in from my Devices but It was Logging in into same New Accounts, I usually log in with steam to play Apex Legends through Steam, but I think i dont have an EA account but i have Epic Games account. The most recent login was through my EA account that is synced through Steam, making it the default account. As a result, some of the data in my account, such as Apex heirlooms and event skins missing. I only have evidence like screenshots and transaction history for the game account.
