Im having the same issues, i usually run the game fairly well between 200-240.
But i do not have CPU or GPU issues.
No temp issue, no high usage, cpu seems to use 3-5 cores at most times.
So idk what this is.... there's honestly something new everyday with this crap game.
Im getting sick of having to fine tune the game every season or rather every other week like its a racing car at a pit stop.
@GuntherWolfgangz What kind of specs do you have? From looking at other posts, this seems to be mainly affecting AMD people.. not sure if its an AMD CPU or GPU thing though.
Also, why do you think that youre not having CPU / GPU problems? In my case, i have low utilization on both, but it seems like my GPU is being bottlenecked by my CPU. However, its not being reflected on my total CPU usage chart, because its only a single thread (or two) which are at 100% usage. Try monitoring CPU usage for each core/thread while ingame; you might be having the same problem!

I know its not a bottleneck because i do monitor my temps, core utilization etc with OpenHardwareMonitor at all times no matter what i play.
They are showing the same curves as it did before this became an issue.
But yes Apex does not like AMD at all, that much is for sure.
Even tho my game usually runs fine my GPU will not surpass 1000mhz clockspeeds while playing Apex, it does reach 1800-2200 while in the dropship, but after that it settles down and doesnt do much.
Doesn't seem to affect the games performance so im not sure what that is.
You can force the clocks to run 1800-2400 at all times, but as i stated earlier the performance doesnt seem to change much.
Being a Source Engine game im sure CPU is a bigger factor.
