framedrops/stuttering at any fps cap or uncap
I don't know if is the game or nvidia drivers but for me the game play quality is absolutely worst and worst with every update! are there still any competent people working in tech industry?! rtx 2...

i5-2500k radeon gtx 970 16gm ram.
Everything was running fine. Then I noticed after a windows update the game went to complete crud. Was averaging above 60 fps (Capped) no problem and now im averaging anywhere from 30 - 40 with massive stuttering. Rolled back my drivers to just about every driver available. Nothing works. Adjusted all settings. Nothing works. All other games run fine. I want to finish the battle pass I payed for before the end of the month but with this huge fps loss the games unplayable for me. Please patch.
