Hacked account banned: EA Data Logs PROVE breach (Case ID #249877432)

Hi community managers,
My account  [edit: email address removed] on steam was hacked on june 24.Live chat confirmed the breach and left a note under case ID 249877432.
The hacker used cheats while i was asleep,and the ToS team keeps rejecting my appeals using automated replies.
I downloaded my official EA Data.The login logs show my real IP is from <removed>
i am attaching the screenshots of the EA data logs as proof.Please help me escalate this to a human reviewer.

    Please don't include any personal or account information in your posts. These are public forums and any information you include can be seen by everyone.

    When it comes to the ban itself, you'll need to go through the support team for this. We cannot make any changes or escalate this for you. The Terms of Service team does not send automated replies unless they've already completed multiple reviews already and have mentioned no further reviews will be performed.

    If you're not at that point yet, you're welcome to submit a new appeal to have a different member of the Terms of Service team take another look. They may use templates, but they do not automate their appeal investigations. 

    If there are any other issues with the account itself due to someone else gaining access, you can try creating a case with the normal support team to help recover the account and see what options may be available. Those would be the only other options however, I'm afraid there's nothing additional we'd be able to review from the forums, sorry.
