Framerates drop when looting a dead body and never recover
The game runs at a solid 60FPS for me until I loot a dead body. The frames then drop to 20FPS and never recover until I restart the entire program.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?

i7-9700k
16gb of ram
I tried changing the GPU in Nvidia control panel from auto to the 980ti and the issue still persists.
I've figured it out. Shadowplays instant replay was putting causing my GPU to use more memory. Disabling shadowplay fixed the issue. lower my target memory in the game settings and turning shadowplay back on resulted in the best of both worlds.
