Friend Didn't Receive Gift

Sent my girlfriend the current Loba skin (headmistress) in the store, 2500 Apex Coins. My coins are gone, but she has not received the skin. She has restarted Apex multiple times, no avail. Reached out to EA Help on twitter, no response. They've made opening a case on this web site impossible.
