6 years agoIt is strange that it would only be affecting Apex Legends if it was an Origin issue. That said, it might be worth clearing out the Origin cache to see if that helps. If there's something wrong with the client's cached data that might help fix this.
For more info on how to clear the cache check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes once you've had a chance to give it a shot.

I just cleared the Origin cache, and there was no change to the issue.

- 6 years ago@Dman10x im sorry to be late, try to reset your pc, go to windows then settings then update & security then recovery then reset this pc, delete everythig, including C and D and another drivers, then download your drivers of the motherboard and download origin, and try to play a match of Apex

Not really interested in resetting my computer. The game is at least functional, so I will just wait until it goes over to steam in the fall to see if the problem will appear there.
