Game Crash with no error when changing graphic settings from default

I prefer smoother frame rates so I usually lower my settings. It used to be fine back in like season 9 and halfway through season 10. Then this happen.

Whenever I change the following settings:

V sync
Anti-Aliasing
Texture Filtering
Ambient Occlusion Quality

The game will instantly crash the entire pc turning the screen black and forcing me to reboot it again

I already tried:

1. Capping the frame rate
2. Reinstalling and Repairing the game (Origin)
3. Performing a Clean boot on the PC
4. Disabling Full Screen Optimizations
5. Running as Admin
6. Close all programs running in the background
7. Close all In-Game overlay
8. Set Anti-Cheat prirority to low
9. Letting through Firewall
10. Manually changing the settings through Nvidia Control Panel and Geforce Experience
11, Changing the settings through the Program Files of Apex
12. Factory reset the PC itself
13. Updating Graphic Driver (will cause command error though)

My PC Specs (Its a HP Pavillion TG01 Prebuilt):

Nvidia RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB
Intel I7 10700F 2.9 GHz
32 GB RAM

I don't believe its a PSU problem because all my other games like Valorant and Genshin Impact run just fine.

I would be most thankful for any useful advice or solutions giver.

I managed to solve the issue by going into msi afterburner and underclocking and undervolting the GPU.
