Game crashed and returned to Desktop/mouse cannot function once it's bugged

Where did the issue occur? Every time after a match, when loading the result, before going back to lobby

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Loading result and back to lobby

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Depends, sometimes I can play few matches in a row with no problem, but sometimes a single match the game bugged.

How severe is your issue? It makes me always need to relaunch the game, which is terrible experience
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes to desktop with no error code, but sometimes it has error code, and the error code is quite similar, about the rpak files.
Sometimes I can go back to the lobby, but I leaved the squad and my mouse cannot function, but my keyboard still can use.
What should be happening instead? I should go back to the main lobby and the game shouldn't crashed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't think you can reproduce it.
Things I have done to overcome this problem:
1. Reinstall Apex Legend from Steam - the problem still persist, maybe I can play few matches with no problem, but after that it happens again
2. Verify the game files - same, didn't help
3. Delete the whole paks file and verify the game again - didn't help
4. Play Apex Legend through Origin - same problem
5. Repeat the steps as steam, repair the game - didn't help
6. I disabled all software's overlay function - didn't help
7. Lastly, I try format my laptop yesterday, update my GPU driver and reinstall steam and apex legend, guess what, it running fine yesterday. But today, the problem came back.
When I playing Apex Legend I just running following software:
ThrottleStop - I undervolt my CPU else the game's frames will drop due to overheating

Predator Sense from Acer - a software let user control the speed of fans and monitoring the temp.
I will attached the dxdiag file and some of the screenshot of the error message. These error messages wont come out every time though.
Great details! @junjie9898 could you try another windows account with admin powers to see if there is something not working with the current account.
