Game crashed mid-game, got 3 error codes and a penalty.

Was in a ranked match alone, then got 3 error codes, first was code:wheel. After a few seconds of logging back in, it said it was "initializing", then code:leaf appeared, and after trying to log back...

The actual problem was the inconvenience of getting kicked out of the match and losing rp with a penalty, and nothing to do with issues with logging back into the game. I am able to log back into the game normally.
I wanted my rp back from the game the day I posted the message due to the season ending, but sadly no one helped me that day and it's too late to change anything now at this point.
I think I may have posted this message in the wrong topic area, but then again, I'm not sure which area to put this message in. So if I did, I apologies.
