Hi I also encountered this issue and here is a REALLY WEIRD solutionbut it worked for me. It is from my friends.
My env: i7-10875H + RTX2070 + Windows 11
1. Download Valorant and reboot your machine. Yes, VALORANT.
2. You should receive a notice from Vanguard from Valorant, saying some files in your computer has been blocked since they are violating anticheat (though they are normal files at most cases)
3. Make a backup for files mentioned above, and remove them from their directory.
4. Reboot your machine and launch Apex. Now Apex is operational on my machine.
Attached is the screenshot describing the step 2 and my current Apex. The game got operational after I remove marked files.

Great catch @Echori7. While it might not be this file for everyone, this step may prove very useful for those affected by this.- 4 years ago
it did not work for me, here is the dxdiag and the crashpad files

Valorant/Vanguard didn't work for me unfortunately

Strangely enough, updating the latest valorant ended up working for me. Even after i had repaired EAC multiple times, after updating valorant to the latest version (and i'm also assuming vanguard as well), I restarted my PC, steam then asked to install steam services via admin rights (never had this happen ever) and then it requested to install EAC for apex legends (even though it was already installed?), i'm now sitting in firing range for longer than 30 seconds and it has yet to crash (fingers crossed).
Thanks @Echori7
- 4 years ago@Tofuwah so you mean i have to download Valorant just to play Apex Legends ? .....wtf is this bug mannnnn
- 4 years ago@King-Schultzzzz just based on observation, seems like an issue with EAC, but the valorant anti-cheat (vanguard) seems to assist in some way or another, that or its just pure coincidence it happened

@Echori7 Just deleted file from your first screenshot and game works again, thx man

Can authority explain, when will this problem be fixed?
- 4 years ago@Echori7 Tried this but Vanguard didn't block anything on my system, no notification received.
It's quite a embarrassing fact that this step is even a thing, EAC cannot do the job properly I guess....- 4 years ago
Noticed that locating EasAntiCheat_Setup.exe in game directory "Apex Legends\EasyAntiCheat" and uninstalling it via the exe file (as admin) and NOT installing it again, Apex still launches and crashes after 1 minute. It's extremely strange because the game should not even be able to launch without the "Anti cheat" installed.
So at least for me, repairing the service or reinstalling the anti cheat is completely useless.
Do not reinstall the game on steam or origin and do not reinstall Windows, seen a couple of threads claiming issues with OS. If your issue is similar its 100% the game that malfunctions..
Nvidia driver: 516.79 hotfix did not solve it either.
I use: Geforce GTX 1080 Ti.
There is no troubleshooting steps that will fix this issue I've tried it all.....
Dev team need's to troubleshoot the game code itself and release a proper patch along side a working anti cheat system that doesn't crash it.
I used to play Warzone and thought the dev's where not doing a gob job with the updates but this is on another level!!! Stop the troubleshooting BS it's so much work for the end user's and that shouldn't be the case...….Fix the damn unplayable game!!!!!!
- 4 years ago@IamKayRaw 1st still can play on Origin, after the small update on Origin now both * up, * update Anticheat imo
