I tried every other solution (downloading Valorant, drivers thing..) but nothing had worked except this one
1.download autoruns at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
2.under "drivers" tab, find all that are red colored (says Not verified)
3.right click menu "jump to image"
4.move that specific file to desktop (or anywhere else) ps: you can try to start the game after every file you moved out of the folder, you don't have to move them all at once. its safer for you system stability
5.you are good to go!!!

@NeedToFight
Thank you for sharing.
I tried this Autoruns solution then Apex working properly.
In my case, it seems that Micron SSD Cache Monitor Service (mticache.sys & mtihint.sys) was interfering with Apex (EAC). - 3 years ago
Worked !!!! thanks
- 3 years ago@NeedToFight Curiously, the Microsoft Bluetooth driver received a Red rating.
We use this as an add-on for VR, so we don't want this to become unusable.- 3 years ago
What I don't understand is why we are looking for the solution. Why game developers don't care?
- 3 years ago@gncl00 Because we come from a different time when people weren't expected to pick up the slack of the devs, things were simpler too so we can't just bone them for that issue all the time either.
Problem here is freaking EA. They wanna just incentivize profit at any cost. This is probably just another method to screw us into buying Win10 or upgrading this or that. "Incompatibility" this and "instability" that.
It's all BS. There's no issue there, they MAKE this issue on PURPOSE.
Game literally works on my PC. Only until they changed the software do now WE need to change our setups to meet their "requirements".
All BS.

@ni1chigo2115_org
That Bluetooth drivers were also red-rated in my environment, but Apex crashed even after removing them (BthA2dp.sys & BthHfEnum.sys).
So, please try to find the other red-rated drivers (not necessary to remove all the red-rated drivers in Autoruns).
Checking the error logs in Event Viewer would also be a good tool in identifying the cause of this problem.Of course, unless you really want to play Apex right now, it would be best to wait for a bug fix.
Not sure when it will be fixed...- 3 years ago
Just an FYI folks, removing drivers without being sure what they are can cause problems with your computer, so don't just go Willy nilly deleting drivers.

THIS WORKED, autoruns works - you are a genius!!!!!

This does maybe work for the crashes at startup but not for the random crashes mid game, which this thread is about....
- 3 years ago@NeedToFight Thanks for sharing this.
To avoid confusion this solution is for the "Apex not Launching issue".
MS Autoruns did not flag any driver for me, all are verified.
Game still crashes after 60 seconds....... - 3 years ago
Thankyou so much this worked straight away for me

guys are we supposed to find ourselfs to find and to resolved their mess? they didn't try and even said there none issue from them since March !! thats not normal !
- 3 years ago
It appears that way, but careful you don't question the lack of communication or the inaction from the development team or your posts will be removed (not joking, it happened to me).
Unfortunately we are simply stuck waiting to be able to play for the next week/month/year for them to unbreak the game, or stuck never being able to play again as they won't/can't fix it, or acknowledge the problem.
