I play Apex on my PC with Windows 11 installed. Ever since the update today my game has crashed consistently when I start up matches without giving an error message/event viewer log.It crashed twice in each of the 2 control games I played and at least once in each of the 2 battle royal games I played. The only game it didn't crash in was the arena game that I played. I had this issue at the beginning of this season, but it was much less frequent (1 in every 7-8 games) and it stopped happening completely after one of the earlier patches. I was playing Apex directly before the update without issue, so I don't believe it's due to any changes on my machine. I also reinstalled the game and the crashes continued.

I don't know if this will apply to anyone else, but I had Overwolf installed along with some of the Overwolf apps and once I uninstalled them all, my game stopped crashing. Idk what the correlation is but I've had 3 games now without crashes.If you happen to have Overwolf installed that might be what's causing the issue for you.

My game keeps crashing as well. No error message nothing. Game was totally fine before this update. I’m on windows 11. I quit out of overwolf like you said and I verified files. This sucks cuz I clip with outplayed and you need overwolf to use it.

@fonphon27 I have the exact same problem and I cant find a fix for it. tried close to everything too.

@fonphon27 Validate Game files and try again. Few people i've talked to have had this same issue. However it may have seen that game crashing has returned from the previous bug/cause around the time first control came out.

@fonphon27 I've been running into the same issue Windows 11, constant crashes in every game and only started after this collection event, and I've verified files, hope there is a patch extremely soon.

Yep me too, LITERALLY was reading this post (because it crashed 3 times just now and I went to update my Nvidia) while getting into a game and as soon as I loaded in it crashed again : /
