Hey @X-Genetic-X,
I've taken a small look and I've got 3 possible solutions:
Solution 1
- Open a command prompt with admin privileges
- Use the command "sfc /scannow"
This will look for corrupted windows files, which could resolve your issue.
Solution 2
Download/Update your .NET framework:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net48
(Download the Runtime, not the Developer pack)
Solution 3
Download/Update the DirectX Runtime:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
If that doesn't work, please let me know!

I've also started a thread in the Bug Report subforum, this issue is most likely related to the code and it's something we can't possibly fix.
Of course this problem could've started due to the devs pushing something that certain computers don't support, but it could also be a mistake on their part.
I doubt you'll be able to fix it, though trying these steps might help cross off certain causes.
I know this can be quite the annoying thing to encounter, though your data does help a lot with fixing this issue!
- @XHelperZ well i ran the sfc scannow and it did actually show a corrupted file in windows that it repaired so i'll test the game tomorrow and see if its made a difference and if not i'll try the other steps , either way your time to help out has been very much appreciated
