Game Doesn’t Load After Match Start Countdown

My game will randomly stop loading after joining a match during the countdown timer (before characters are picked). The screen is frozen but I can hear people in my party still talking and I can talk to them as well. This has happened 4 times this season and I get -150 rp in addition to an abandonment penalty. I would like assistance to avoid this happening in the future as well as my rp restored!!
