Server Downtime or Overload: The servers may be temporarily unavailable or experiencing high traffic.

Network Configuration Issues: Problems with your internet connection, such as NAT type restrictions or unstable Wi-Fi.

Firewall or Security Software: Overzealous firewall or antivirus settings may block the game from accessing the servers.

Corrupted Game Files: Damaged files can interfere with the connection process.

Outdated Game or System Software: Ensure your game, console, or PC software is up to date.

If those options don't work you can get a little more advanced with it opening ports.

Open required ports for Apex Legends on your router:

PC: Ports 80, 443, 8080, 5222 (TCP); 1024-1124 (UDP)

PS4/PS5: Ports 1935, 3478-3480 (TCP); 3074, 3478-3479 (UDP)

Xbox: Ports 53, 80, 3074, 88, 500, 3544, 4500 (TCP/UDP)
