Game freezes when clicking Ranked
Game freezes when I click on Ranked, also seem to be stuck on "Loading - King's Canyon" if I try queueing for Trios/Duos.

I'm not quite sure if this is the same thing though. OP cannot even get into game modes while most of the reports from what I see are coming from gameplay.

You can check CPU usage through Task Manager with CTRL + ALT + DELETE when Apex Legends is open. Please let me know if you were able to update Windows to see if that helps.
I also have this issue since the start of genesis update.
Everything is updated. and the like has been done.
Joining people in other modes also freezes the game, Which sucks as I can't do arena for the event and even rank with friends.
