Game froze and crashed while opening Apex Pack, never got content.

Received an Apex Pack after finishing a gane but on opening the game froze and crashed. It was a Common, Rare and Epic item (white, blue and purple). Never got them. Made a clip of it to prove.

    @EA_Atic I already got in touch with EA Help and this is now closed. Indeed you lose content. Because in my case, I got the pack from leveling up, game froze, crashed, got back to the lobby and basically it was like I never got the Apex pack. Nothing on my inventory.

    If you crash when opening packs you still get the items you crashing dont affect you getting the items or not. @arturdzgn
