My game keeps crashing every time I play with randoms. For some reason, mid way through a game, it freezes then logs me out. When i click on continue to get back, it has that 'retrieving list' statement. however i don't experience this problem when i play with my mates only when i play with randoms. I've deleted the game and re-downloaded it, plugged in LAN cable, also done an initialization on my console but same thing.
Community ManagerReal strange you're only crashing with randoms. Are you on Xbox One or PlayStation 4? Which data center are you connecting to?
Are you able to access your router's admin panel? (Usually on the router itself, you'll find the login information). We might need to have you jump into your router settings to make some quick adjustments to see if we can get around this.
