game keeps freezing xbox series s

My game keep freezing on my xbox series s. It either freezes when I am choosing my legend or when i try to leave the game. It litteraly freezes every game... does somebody know a solution? please let...

@1508JDB @SoggyLint Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  4. Plug the console power cable back in.
  5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Are you running with any animated banners?

    @EA_Atic I'm so sick of being told to troubleshoot the issue. THE GAME IS BROKEN, there is literally nothing us gamers can do, Respawn/EA have to fix it on their end, I don't understand what's so difficult about that.

     I did it but don´t worked.
     My xbox serie s is New, 3 months. I already formatted the system thinking is the xbox problem.
     I´m spending money with apex but this bug are make me sad so I´m thinking to give up about apex.
    I don't understand, The loot bug you fixed imediatle. But that..... zZzZz... ☹️

    i have done many power cycles already and it didn't help at all. It still keeps freezing the whole time.

    and i don't run any animated banners but maybe my random teammates do. can that also be a problem? cause i can't do anything about that
