Game playable but no HD Texture

I have download the game, it is now playable, but once I play the game it says HD Texture pack downloading, and it just keeps downloading. The highest I see it goes is 12gb then it will drop down bac...

    Hey @GunSir , jump out of the game and let it finnish the download. 🙂

    When it's done start the game up and you should be good to go.

But when I finish downloading it do not have hd texture download and then it play lag even though I have gtx 1660
