Hello, I must say I've got the issue as well since the last 3 days.
The game is just unplayable at all with a permanent "packet loss" message.
In game, other players don't seem to be impacted (I ask in the chat, globally I felt alone).
I did several UOTrace, at different hours, to the different DC IP addresses and the global easo.ea.com DNS name...
--> there are no issue with my line, no RTT trouble, no packet loss...
--> manual netstat and traceroute confirm those results.
--> I did play Overwatch, Call fo Duty MW for some hours,thoe 3 past days as well....and... not a single issue.
I can relate the issue is not coming from my side.
I did repair my game (turning paranoiac)
Can you advise me with some next steps? Do you have access to some other logs ?

Same here, starting yesterday I got severe lag issues, and it is server related as it happens in all games modes and I have played other games and no issues at all (Overwatch, CoD MW). I would appreciate any help.
